Do I need a card to start?
No. Free needs only an email address.
Is there a free trial?
Better than a trial: the first two stages are free for as long as you like, with no card needed. You play your first song before you ever see a payment page.
What if I change my mind?
Every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. See the refund policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Account → Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving up from Free starts straight away. To switch between Player and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, email hello@guitarfretwork.com and we’ll change it for you; you only pay the difference.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
It stays. Paid lessons lock again, but every skill you’ve completed is kept.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans save up to 42% compared with paying monthly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so we never see your card details.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, and you see the full amount before you pay. Paddle may also show the price in your local currency.
