How it works

Three steps, every day

1

Tell us where you are

Answer five quick questions. Never played? You start at Stage 0: holding the guitar. Already play? A 10-minute skill check skips what you know.

2

Practise one small step

Your daily session fits your time: a warm-up, one new skill, a quick review, an ear game and something fun to play.

3

Pass the check, move on

Every skill ends with a short check: a timing test, a quiz or a play-along. Pass it and the next skills open up.

Questions

Good to know

I’ve never touched a guitar. Is this really for me?

Yes. Stage 0 starts with holding the guitar, tuning up and playing one clean note. Nothing is assumed.

What do I need?

A guitar (acoustic, electric or classical), a phone or laptop with sound, and 15–30 minutes a day. Headphones help.

How does the app know if I’ve got it?

Each skill ends with a check. Some are measured, like a timing test where you tap along with a click, or quizzes and ear tests. Play-alongs use a short checklist you rate honestly.

What’s free, exactly?

Stages 0–1 (13 skills, about 6 weeks at 30 minutes a day), the skill check, your daily plan and the basic tools. If you already play, the first stage after your check is free too.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your progress stays. If you go back to Free, paid lessons lock but nothing is lost.

Which styles can I learn?

Blues, rock, metal, funk, jazz, neo-soul, country, Latin and bossa, pop and acoustic, and Indian fusion.
