Questions

How do I write chords over lyrics?

Write each chord name on the thin line directly above the syllable where the chord changes. That is the format used by most songbooks and chord websites.

How do I print it at the right size?

Open the PDF and print at 100% or "Actual size", not "Fit to page", so the lines and boxes keep their spacing. It is designed for US Letter and also prints fine on A4.
