Questions

How do I fill in a blank chord box?

Write the chord name on the line, put a dot where each finger goes (with the finger number inside), an O above strings you play open and an X above strings you do not play. If the shape is higher up the neck, write the fret number next to the top row.

How do I print it at the right size?

Open the PDF and print at 100% or "Actual size", not "Fit to page", so the lines and boxes keep their spacing. It is designed for US Letter and also prints fine on A4.
