Questions

How are scale boxes different from chord boxes?

They look the same but show a group of scale notes you play one at a time, often two or three per string, instead of notes held together.

How do I print it at the right size?

Open the PDF and print at 100% or "Actual size", not "Fit to page", so the lines and boxes keep their spacing. It is designed for US Letter and also prints fine on A4.
