Questions
How should I use a practice log?
Fill in one line every time you play, even for five minutes. After two or three weeks, look back: you will see what you actually practice, what you skip, and how far you have come, which is the best motivation there is.
What should I write in the BPM column?
The metronome speed you could play the exercise or song at cleanly. Watching that number climb is one of the most motivating things in practice.
