Questions

Do I need to know the notes above fret 12?

They are the same as frets 0 to 10, an octave higher, so once you know the first twelve frets you know them all. This chart helps you see that.

Is this right for a 24-fret guitar?

Yes for the first 22 frets. Frets 23 and 24 repeat frets 11 and 12.

Is this printable really free?

Yes. Enter your first name and email once and every Fretwork printable unlocks on your device. There is nothing to pay and no card needed.
